Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MyKey Voice ("App" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

MyKey Voice provides educational tools and resources to support individuals with disabilities in achieving greater independence, including:

AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) tools
Social stories and visual supports
Emotion tracking and check-ins
Progress tracking and documentation
Team collaboration features

3. Eligibility

To use our App, you must:

Be at least 18 years old, OR
Be at least 13 years old with parent/guardian consent
Have legal authority to agree to these Terms
Comply with all applicable laws

4. Cost

Social Stories is free to use. There are no subscriptions, trials, or payments inside the App, and we never ask for a credit card.

MyKey Plans may offer separate resources, such as family guides and trainings, on mykeyplans.com. Those are optional and are never required to use this App.

5. Ending Your Use

You may stop using the App at any time. Because the App is free, there is nothing to cancel or refund. To delete your account, email support@mykeyplans.com.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyKey Consulting Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
